Prepare students to lead. Train staff to support them.

The Greatness Project for Schools

A school leadership programme with three connected courses: younger students practise leadership, appointed prefects prepare for their duties, and staff learn to support them.

What your school receives

  • Leadership training for students before prefect selection.
  • Practical preparation for appointed prefects.
  • Staff training to support learning between sessions.

WHY THIS COURSE

Practise before
the pressure rises.

A school needs students who can take responsibility before appointment, prefects who can use authority fairly, and staff who can support their progress. The three courses address these different needs.

SITUATIONS PARTICIPANTS WORK THROUGH

01A prefect correcting a friend without humiliating them.

02A student contributing to a team before holding a title.

03A staff member balancing student trust with safeguarding duties.

Three courses.
Three different needs.

Your school can arrange the courses it needs or connect all three.

What the school takes away.

A shared approach to student responsibility, a practical plan for follow-up and staff with a clear support role.

The school sets the calendar, chooses participants and keeps responsibility for prefect selection and safeguarding.
