HOW IT WORKS

A guided workshop. Practical exercises. Support to apply them.

Participants learn in a group through realistic situations, discussion and private reflection. A facilitator helps them examine a choice, practise a response and plan what to do differently afterwards.

WHAT HAPPENS ON A COURSE

Learn it together.
Practise it in real life.

Courses are taught in groups. A facilitator guides the workshop and discussions. The follow-up you receive depends on the option you choose.

01

Take part in a guided workshop

Practise situations you may face

Discuss real-life dilemmas, try a response and receive guidance. We call this workshop the Leadership Lab.

02

Reflect and make a plan

Decide what you will do differently

Use a private workbook to examine a difficult choice and plan your next step. This is the Red Sea Journal.

03

Keep practising with support

Apply the learning beyond the workshop

The 90-day and 180-day options include follow-up practice and guided discussions, called Crossroads Dialogues.

Try a sample exercise.

Choose a situation and a response. Read the guidance, then consider what you would say or do. This illustrates the learning approach; it does not assess you or save your answers.

EXPERIENCE A MOMENT OF FORMATION

“Just sign it. Everyone does.”

A respected senior asks you to sign off work you have not checked. A client is waiting. You are new, and challenging the request could make you look difficult.

An illustrative learning exercise. No score, diagnosis or answer is stored.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO FIRST?

Choose a response to explore its consequences.

YOUR PRIVATE WORKBOOK

Think through
a difficult situation.

The Red Sea Journal is a private reflection workbook. Its questions help you put a difficult situation into words and decide on a responsible next step.

A Red Sea Moment is our name for a situation where pressure makes an important decision difficult. The course helps you recognise the pressure and respond deliberately.

EXAMPLE QUESTIONS

01What happened, and what am I assuming?

02What responsibility or value is at stake?

03Who could help me think this through?

04What is one responsible action I can take?

05What should I learn from the result?

Learn with others.

Guided group discussions help participants test their thinking, listen to other perspectives and practise respectful challenge. We call these Crossroads Dialogues.

Discussions use the responsibilities of the group. Personal disclosure is not required. Senior leaders use confidential peer discussions; schools control student participation and support arrangements.

Use the learning
after the workshop.

The 90-day and 180-day options add guided practice, check-ins and review. Participants return to their school, study or work setting with actions to practise.

Where agreed, useful lessons can be shared with future groups. Private workbook entries remain private. Sharing a lesson is a separate, voluntary choice.

DURATION & SUPPORT

Choose how much
follow-up you need.

Every option begins with a guided workshop. Workshop length, group size, dates and fees are agreed before booking.

Ignition

Workshop and next steps

Practise realistic situations, receive a private reflection workbook and leave with initial actions.

No ongoing 90-day or 180-day support.

Ask about this option

Stewardship

Workshop + 180-day support

Allow more time for practice, feedback and planning how useful lessons will support future groups.

180 days in total. The support is agreed for your group.

Ask about this option

Unsure which option fits? Tell us who the course is for and what you want them to learn. We will explain the suitable options before preparing a proposal.

Practical questions.

How long is the workshop?

The workshop length and contact hours are agreed for the group. The 90-day and 180-day figures describe the follow-up period, not continuous classroom attendance.

Is it online or in person?

The delivery setting and format are confirmed in the proposal for your group. Do not assume a venue or online schedule before it is agreed.

Do I need an app?

No particular app is required. Printed materials can be used. Any digital support is agreed in advance.

Who reads my workbook?

It stays private. It is not handed to a school, employer or sponsor as a report on you.

Who teaches the course?

The facilitator and their role are confirmed in your proposal, together with dates, materials, group size and fees.

NEXT STEP

Ask about a course.

Tell us who it is for. We will discuss the course, format, dates and fees. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a booking.
