Technical ability
needs practical judgement.

A new professional may know the standard but struggle to challenge a senior colleague. A prefect may know the rule but find it hard to apply it to a friend. A manager may know what should happen but avoid the difficult conversation.

The course gives people a structured place to practise these situations before they have to handle them alone.

What your organisation receives

  • A course matched to the group and its responsibilities.
  • Guided workshop activities and private reflection workbooks.
  • A choice of workshop-only, 90-day or 180-day support.
  • Agreed responsibilities for your team and the facilitator.
  • A practical way to review delivery and learning.

OUTCOMES & REVIEW

Agree what improvement
should look like.

Choose the skills you want to strengthen before the course begins. Then agree a practical way to review learning and follow-through.

Your goalWhat participants practiseWhat you can review
More responsible decisionsExamining facts, consequences and available advice. How the group responds to agreed sample situations.
Better handling of concernsRaising a difficult issue respectfully and using the right route.Learning feedback and separately agreed observations.
More sustainable working habitsRecognising pressure, setting boundaries and seeking support.Voluntary feedback on what people applied and what made it difficult.
Learning that continuesKeeping commitments and sharing useful, non-sensitive lessons.Participation, check-ins and agreed follow-up actions.

These are intended learning outcomes, not guaranteed financial returns or reductions in burnout, turnover or misconduct. Private workbooks are not HR, selection or sponsor records. Senior-leader discussions are confidential and are not reported to the organisation.

THREE STEPS TO ARRANGE TRAINING

Tell us the group.
We will explain the options.

You do not need a finished specification. Start with who you want to train and the responsibility they are taking on.

Use the group planning worksheet (PDF) ↓
  1. 01

    Describe your group

Tell us their stage, responsibilities and what you want the training to address.

  2. 02

    Review a proposal

Agree the course, facilitator, workshop length, follow-up, dates and fees.

  3. 03

    Confirm and begin

Name your contact person, confirm participant arrangements and agree how progress will be reviewed.

Before you book.

Can this sit alongside our existing training?

Yes. It is designed to complement technical education, induction and professional development. The proposal should show how it fits your existing timetable and responsibilities.

How large can a group be?

Group size depends on the course and delivery arrangements. We confirm a workable group size before booking.

Will our staff need to be involved?

An organisation needs a named contact. School delivery also requires authorised safeguarding and support arrangements. Any additional staff time is agreed in advance.

What does it cost?

The proposal sets out the fees for your group, format and amount of follow-up. There is no payment or booking commitment when you enquire.
