Executives and board members

Make sound decisions when other people carry the consequences.

Leaders in Industry · A Greatness Project short course

A course for senior executives, board members, regulators and industry leaders. Through confidential peer discussion and practical scenarios, they examine difficult decisions, challenge assumptions and consider the people affected.

What participants learn

  • Question assumptions before a high-consequence decision.
  • Invite useful challenge within a confidential peer group.
  • Examine the lasting effects of decisions on people and institutions.

WHY THIS COURSE

Practise before
the pressure rises.

Senior decisions affect employees, institutions and public trust. Yet senior leaders may have fewer places to question their own thinking. This course provides structured practice and confidential peer discussion around judgement, competing responsibilities and long-term consequences.

SITUATIONS PARTICIPANTS WORK THROUGH

01A board receiving incomplete or selectively sanitised intelligence.

02An attractive commercial decision with an undisclosed stakeholder cost.

03A public failure followed by pressure to defend, conceal or learn.
