THREE SHORT CHECKS · SIX PREPARATION AREAS

What have you prepared for?

Answer for yourself using what you have actually planned or practised. Parents, teachers and managers can use the questions for a conversation; do not score another person from appearances.

12 prompts. No name, email or application. Answers stay in this page and clear on reload. This is an educational reflection, not a validated mental-health test or a prediction of failure or success.

Identity and independence

Choose the answer that best describes your preparation today.

Know what matters to you

I can explain what matters to me beyond other people’s expectations.
I can distinguish my own reasons for a choice from pressure to impress.

Manage new independence

I have a realistic routine for study, practical tasks and rest with less supervision.
I know how I will ask for help if my routine stops working.
How scores work—and what they do not tell you

Each answer scores 0–3: not yet, understand it, have a plan, have practised it. Each area has two prompts. Its score is their total divided by 6, multiplied by 100. The overall score uses all 12 answers with equal weight.

0–24 means start building; 25–49 means make a practical plan; 50–74 means rehearse your plan; 75–100 means keep practising. These are editorial practice bands, not validated thresholds. A high score cannot establish that someone will cope safely, and a low score does not mean they are unfit for a role. Use the profile to choose what to practise, not to select, discipline or diagnose someone.

The questions are based on this course’s six learning areas. They do not measure symptoms, burnout or the probability of a mental-health condition. If a concern is already affecting daily life, use appropriate professional support; do not wait for a course or a score.
